For an individual, the visit cost is $300. For couples, the visit cost is $550.

We are a cash-pay practice, so visits are not billed to insurance. If you're prescribed medication, you can often use insurance or an HSA/FSA to help cover that separately.

We are currently licensed to see patients located in Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Louisiana, Idaho, Oregon, and Antigua & Barbuda. You'll need to be physically in one of these states/countries at the time of your visit.

Before your visit, you'll share any labs you currently have, history, and goals, via our secure portal. During the visit, we take a real look at what's driving your symptoms and build a plan around your life, not a one-size-fits-all protocol. Expect an unhurried, detailed conversation, not a rushed 10-minute appointment.

Our goal is the smallest effective dose for the shortest possible time. We start with food and lifestyle changes, add medication only when it's truly needed, and look for opportunities to safely taper what you no longer need, rather than simply adding more.

Joining the waitlist takes less than a minute, just your first and last name, email, state, and the main thing you'd like help with. We'll reach out as spots open up to get you scheduled. Joining doesn't commit you to anything.

An individual visit is 1 hour, one-on-one. A couple visit is 1.5 hours, together.

We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee, and no-shows will be charged $150. Payment is required to secure your appointment, and booking means you agree to our cancellation policy. We understand life can be unpredictable, so please let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for your cooperation!
